Artistry

I primarily explore contemporary themes related to femininity, delving into what it means to be a woman in today's world. My work examines the intersectionality between femininity, gender, violence, climate justice, ableism, and more. Through my art, I aim to highlight the multifaceted nature of women's experiences and the diverse challenges they face.
I utilize a variety of mediums, including digital art, acrylic and oil paints, sculpture, and ceramics. Each medium allows me to explore different facets of these themes and convey my message in unique ways. My artistic process is hands-on and immersive, reflecting the complexity and depth of the subjects I tackle.
I also explore other significant issues, often linking them back to my central theme. For instance, I worked on a mural centered on the Benedictine Value of Inclusion and Radical Hospitality, which explores themes of welcome and community through a feminist lens. Additionally, I developed a series of digital artworks related to the concept of a politicized landscape, examining how political and environmental issues intersect with gender and identity.
My projects tend to focus on specific issues/situations, using them as a lens to explore broader feminist themes, creating a cohesive and impactful body of work.
