"Art is important because it allows for an outlet to express ourselves, something that is of utmost important during the COVID crisis. We feel trapped and isolated, but art gives us that liberty to get those feelings of isolation and uncertainty out of our systems instead of letting them weigh us down. We share the art that we make, and when we do, we share our vulnerabilities with those around us to relate to, which connects us as a community made up of many different voices all sharing similar fears and uncertainties."
